I cannot do anything in my browser while the bot is running, what to do?

The bot is mimicking human actions, so you don't get banned. It scrolls the page, clicks the likes and follows. One of the drawbacks is the fact the bot is blocking current browser window.

To overcome this problem, open up a new browser window (not a tab!), either in Chrome, Firefox or Edge and use Social Media Bot from this window (don't minimize it!), while continuing your regular activities from the other browser window.

The bot has stopped working correctly, it did yesterday, what's going on?

The bot parses the Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, SoundCloud and LinkedIn website HTML source code to find the proper elements to click on (for example, it looks for a heart symbols to click the likes). Those website pages and its structure can change with time and it can break our current parsing mechanism.

What to do? Don't panic, drop us an email, tell us what's wrong and we will update Social Media Bot parsing code to support new changes within those pages.

I try to use the bot, but Instagram immediately blocks my actions, why?

Instagram detects that you are using the same account on multiple devices. The bot is running in a browser on your computer, but you are most likely logged in to other devices at the same time and if you receive such a message: Action blocked on Instagram

Log out of other devices, such as your phone or tablet, and delete your login data. Instructions on how to do it.

Temporary lockout can take up to 24 hours, wait until that time is over and try to use the bot again.
